In case of Return and Refund the product
- Customer can return and refund within 7 days after receiving the product.
- Products must be in original condition, with hang-tags & price tags on, has not been washed or used.
- Customers must contact and notify in advance to receive an approval for exchange or return at the customer service department, phone number 02-249-4334 ext. 24 hours (9:30 am - 18:00 pm), Monday through Friday. Except public holidays or by email at email@example.com
Methods of Return and Refund products:
1. Customer return the product by registered mail (EMS) or others. The customer will responsible for return shipping costs including fees, duty and import tax that occur (In the case return from abroad) to the address below. The company is not responsible for the lost resulting from returning the product.

2. Customer can bring the product to change at any convenient Annebra branch. (Must notify customer support 7 days in advance)
- Products with discounts and / or promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The company reserves the right to approve return and refund conditions in all cases without prior notice.

We are glad to refund with the following cases:
1. Defective product damage caused by our faulty.
2. Products do not correct with the customer’s order and would like to return the products.
3. Products damaged during delivery and customers would like to return the products.
4. Products must be purchased from the company's online store only.
In case of paying by cash we will refund cash to the customer's account within 15 business days from the date the consumer exercised the right and return the product.
In case of making a payment via credit card will be refunded back to the original payment method. It may take at least 30 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the billing cycle of each bank.
Wavily Company Limited has a membership policy with the objective of providing an impressive experience and special privileges for customers who are members in each hierarchy including discount, point accumulation to be used as discounts and other privileges in each special occasion.
1. There are 4 levels of membership as follows
a. Initial Level
Customer will be Initial level member when apply for membership. By receiving the right to accumulate points from each purchase and can redeem points for discount on the next purchase.
b. Silver Level
Customer purchase accumulating 3,000 baht within 1 year will be eligible to become a Silver Level member. Silver Level membership will be granted for 1 year and receive a 5% discount on regular price items.
c. Gold Level
Customer purchase accumulating 30,000 baht within 1 year will be eligible to become a Gold Level member. Gold Level membership will be granted for 1 year and receive a 10% discount on regular price items.
d. Platinum Level
Customer purchase accumulating 60,000 baht within 1 year will be eligible to become a Platinum Level member. Platinum Level membership will be granted for 1 year and receive a 15% discount on regular price items.
2. Member level adjustment and privileges
1. Membership level adjustment will exercising within 24 hours after the purchase has been completed.
2. Counting cumulative purchases
a. New customers who have never been a member upgrade will always count the accumulative purchases of the past 1 year from the current date.
b. Customers who have previously been in the Silver or Gold or Platinum membership level will count cumulative purchases from the date of receiving the first level membership, which will be counted annually.
3. Counting of the accumulative purchases will be counted from the purchase amount after deducting discount.
3. Discounts that customers receive according to membership level must be a regular price product and buy products through https://shop.annebra.com ("Website") only
4. Maintaining right or adjusting membership level will be adjusted up or down based on the cumulative purchase amount within 1 year after the right date. The privilege will be in line with the accumulated product purchase according to the membership level above.
Case 1: Be Silver member during December 25, 2019 until December 24, 2020 with a cumulative purchase total 30,005 baht throughout the year. Members have been upgraded to Gold level for a period 1 year beginning on December 25, 2020 to 24 December 2021 with 10% discount.
Case 2: Be Silver member during December 25, 2019 until December 24, 2020 with a cumulative purchase total 1,500 baht throughout the year. Membership level will be adjusted to Initial Level membership which will not receive any % discount when purchase. But Initial Level still accumulate points and can redeem points as discounts when purchases.
Case 3: New members apply for membership on December 15, 2019, and purchase products in the amount of 3,200 baht on January 3, 2020. By January 4, 2020, members will be upgraded from Initial Level member to be a Silver member by being entitled to 5% discount for 1 year
5. Point accumulation
a. Every purchase valued 100 baht will receive 1 reward point
b. Every 1 point has a value of 2 baht. Can be used as a discount for the next purchase.
c. Points will be accumulated into the member's account automatically.
d. Point accumulation is calculated from purchased via https://shop.annebra.com ("Website") only
6. Members' right and privilege is the individual right. Cannot transfer, share or assign to the others.
Membership is offered by Wavily Company Limited in order to offer special privileges to the members only. This membership is for individuals 18 years and older for personal use only, not for business or commercial purposes. Membership is limited to one (1) account per person. And the company reserves the right at its discretion solely to suspend, cancel, or merge accounts that appear to be redundant accounts.
